Monday Mojo – Live Life Simply

Have things felt a bit complicated lately?

There’s so much happening in the world at the moment, it would be easy to get swept up in the chaos of it all.

When there’s a lot happening around you, you might feel like there’s a need to plough on and keep up. 
To make urgent decisions.
To analyse and scrutinise.
To try and get everything “just right”. 
To think. And think. And think some more. 

Sometimes we can get so caught up with events, that we find ourselves confused, troubled and even weary with the drama.   Frustration can build in our lives by trying to make everything perfect, and trying to keep everyone else happy. But what about you – what do you need right now?

Sometimes we can find respite in the simplest ways.

This week, set the intention to Live Life Simply. Pause and reflect on the little things, the ones that bring a bit of sparkle to your eye. It might be singing your favourite song. Re-reading a favourite book. Sitting somewhere (out of the heat) in nature and just watching the world go by. And most of all, find a way to pick your battles. Decide what needs your time and attention right now, and if you can, just let the rest flow.
