Anyone requesting information about/receiving/accessing or purchasing these services, is hereby known as ‘the client’ or referred to as ‘you/your’.
Services may include products, resources, websites (including the VIP Area), workshops, consultancy (including requests to act in an independent advisory capacity) and contact with the service provider, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Resources may include, but not limited to, video content, downloadable .pdfs and audio recordings.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent products and services and their potential.
While it is hoped that products, concepts and services discussed or offered are widely suitable, please take responsibility for any decision made to independently use, purchase or access any items or services, and check their suitability as you would when making any other kind of investment in time or money. Everyone is different and so no guarantee of any specific results can be given.
Services are designed to be supplementary to, not in place of, any medical advice. If you have any concerns about your health and wellbeing, please consult your doctor or healthcare team. Any decisions to use insights or suggestions offered are the responsibility of the client who, in accessing or using any services offered by the service provider, accepts these terms and conditions.

The service provider is not responsible for any unauthorised usage of these products, or decisions made by the client in relation to their use or purchase.

Online Services
Because online purchases for downloadable resources – including .pdf, video and audio recordings – meet the criteria for digital downloads, they are therefore exempt from refunds.
The decision to download or view any material is the client’s choice and will need suitable equipment for this purpose. No responsibility can be taken for any decision to download material to your device.
Additionally, services or resources that may be provided with compliments (eg. free of charge, including the VIP area), are included in these terms and are not exchangeable for any monetary value.
Use of that service, any handouts or workbooks provided, or any money or gifts offered by the client to support its production or accompanying resources (e.g. by way of a tip jar, like Kofi) does not imply that the client has ownership of the content, but simply access to it. The service provider as the author remains the owner of all content, which is protected by copyright.
Similarly, use of any service does not mean the client is entitled to request more than has been offered.
Refunds
If your purchase is other than an online product (see above), please provide at least two working days notice for 1-1 sessions, and 10 working days if you wish to cancel bookings for groups, workshops, classes and events.
Conduct
At all times, the intention behind services, product and information provided aims to fall within this mission statement, following a path of ethical conduct; clients have a right to be treated fairly and compassionately. Those who purchase products or services or access information provided are also expected to conduct themselves this way. In the event a client’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable by the service provider, contact with that client may be ceased.
The right to remove clients from workshops, for example, or clients using other services, remains that of the service provider.
Podcast
By accessing or listening to the podcast, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, including that you will not use the podcast as a substitute for medical advice and will consult your own healthcare team before making any choices about your well-being.
This disclaimer includes guests and/or contributors who may appear on the podcast though does not necessarily endorse or imply approval of their comments or content. Under no circumstances will the host of the podcast, guests or contributors be responsible for damages arising from relying on information or content in the podcast, and by extension associated websites – see also ‘liability’ below. The service provider shall not be liable for your misuse of information, nor have liability nor responsibility to anyone with respect to any loss or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly by the information contained on this website or through emails, content, products and services provided (including podcasts). This website and its content (and those part of this portfolio) may only be of informational, entertainment and/or educational value.
Privacy
Information collected via websites and services is in accordance with GDPR regulations. Your information is not sold or passed on without your permission, with the following exceptions:
• your health and wellbeing, or someone else, is at risk
• you disclose an intention to, or already have, broken the law
• where you have agreed it can be used publicly, eg. By making a request via The Dream Download™. In this context, information provided may also be used as a case study (anonymously) for published materials at a later date.
Disclosures may be discussed anonymously with a qualified supervisor, as required by ethical guidelines. Where insight regarding particular cases is used publicly (e.g. for educational purposes), the identifying characteristics of the individual will be disguised or merged with other cases to protect the identity of the individual.

Where suppliers are used in order to provide products or services to you (e.g. through a website or mailing service) efforts are made to ensure that supplier operates ethically and conducts themselves appropriately and lawfully.
Services listed through this website are never outsourced to an external supplier. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be a representative acting on behalf of Delphi Ellis or this website, please get in touch immediately.
