Monday Mojo – feel-good motivation for the week ahead: Flow, Flow, Flow

The beginning of the week can feel like the start of a race.

You leave the blocks.

Hit the ground running.

And then go round in circles.

If, like a lot of people, you find you ping from one job to the next (sometimes without finishing the last one), you’ll know what I mean when I say it’s all “go, go, go”.

This week set the intention to flow, flow, flow. Take a step back from your huge to do list and go and make yourself a cuppa. Then, sit and contemplate – just for a few moments – on your priorities today. What needs to be done and what is likely to get done in the time you have available. Instead of piling up post it notes on your desk or at home, pick one thing and give it 100%. If something comes up which calls for your attention, ask yourself if it has to be done today. And if it does, go with the flow. Most important of all, don’t forget to reward yourself when you tick your to-do off the list.
