Monday Mojo – feel-good motivation for the week ahead: Be As You Are
There’s something about this time of year.
A pressure.
Not just to be busy, or sociable, or cheerful.
But to… change.
It’s about this time of year that the “New Year, New You” malarkey usually starts.
The “gurus” come out and tell us NOW is the time to make the change. But you know as well as I do, that change takes time. And it has to happen when you’re ready.
This week, set the intention to Be As You Are. Turn off the idea that you have to be something other than you are. Get in touch with your skills, your strengths. All the things you already do well and what you bring to the party of life. Yes it’s good to have a plan. But you don’t have to do that today. Or this week for that matter. Roll with what is. Take all the time you need.
