Monday Mojo – feel-good motivation for the week ahead: Clear the Way.
Over time, life gets a bit cluttered. Before we know it we wake up one day with a pile of magazines we’ve never read (and probably never will), saving outfits we’ll never wear again and keeping things in THAT drawer in the kitchen ‘just in case’. We may also find we’ve adapted our behaviour (like saying ‘yes’ when we mean ‘no’), taken on coping mechanisms and adopted bad habits because we’re finding it hard to process all that life has thrown at us. I hear you.
This week, set the intention to Clear the Way. Pick a drawer in your house to empty, send an outfit you don’t wear to charity or chuck out that old paperwork that’s taking up space. And, if you’re holding on to anything else that’s not working for you right now, find a positive way make room in your life for something beautiful to fill its place.
