Monday Mojo – feel-good motivation for the week ahead: Take a Break

Most of us start the day at 100mph. The reality is, we ARE busy. We have things to do, people to see, places to go. It’s like an endless to-do list, most of which gets rolled over until tomorrow (I mean, something else ALWAYS comes up, right?), even though you had every intention of getting it all done today.  

We rush things. 

We don’t pay attention. 

We burn ourselves out. 
It’s why, when you take a holiday, the first thing that happens is you get sick. Sound familiar?

This week, set the intention to take a regular break. Whether it’s five minutes meditating, 10 minutes away from your desk, or an hour during your lunch break experiencing nature, make sure you take some time out.
