Monday Mojo – Find Your Sunshine
Do you feel better when the sky is blue?
Currently in the U.K. it’s a Bank Holiday weekend and the weather forecast is rain.
Even without the ‘bad’ weather, Bank Holidays can be hard work.
If you have to be at work, and everyone else gets a day off, well that’s enough to give anyone the hump.
But even if we’re not working, we usually decide to use the two ‘free’ days we get at this time of year to get ALL the jobs done.
We see the jobs.
We make a mental note.
And then we do the jobs.
Thankfully, it’s not all bad news.
This week, set the intention to Find Your Sunshine. Take a few moments to think of somewhere, someone or something that brings a warmth to your soul and a smile to your face. Whether it’s a virtual holiday in your mind, ‘phoning a friend who makes you laugh or planning your next holiday, bring the blue skies back in to your day, no matter how hard it rains.
