April is Stress Awareness Month – here’s top tip #5: Do something you love. 

What brings you joy? It may be so long since you last did something you love you can’t even remember when or what it was. If you do know what lights the positive mojo in your soul, when was the last time you did that?

Grab your diary and schedule some sparkling “you-time” for doing something you love. It doesn’t have to be on your own, it could be going for a walk, a bike ride or yoga with a friend. Or it could be time spent in your garden or finding a quiet corner under a tree, reading a book for an hour. Make a plan and start doing something you love.
