April is Stress Awareness Month – here’s top tip #7: Have a cuppa with a friend.
It might sound like a very British thing to suggest, but sometimes having a cuppa is one of the best ways to de-stress. You don’t have to have a cuppa with a friend, but we know that having someone to talk to when life is getting a bit, well, awkward, can be really healthy.
Put the kettle on, sit back and have a lovely brew. And, if you want to, make a ‘phone call or drop someone a message and invite them round to join you.
