Aim
The Well-being Employee (We) Workshop is “Help The Helper” training putting the “We” into wellness.
It’s particularly suitable for those within your organisation who have – or would like to – take on a supportive role, to hold a safe space for those going through a difficult time.
This is not training people to be counsellors, but instead aims to provide a listening and signposting service to those who may benefit, while staying within their workplace remit.

By the end of the workshop, guests will have received insights, inspiration and information on:

- Boundaries and Effective Communication
- How to help someone you’re worried about
- Looking after ourselves when helping others

Guests will also receive a learning package which includes resources on topics relevant to the workshop.
