It’s Time to Talk

2nd February in the U.K. is Time to Talk day, a national campaign focused on holding positive conversations and reducing the stigma around mental health.

If you know someone who has been struggling lately, why not drop them a text message or ask them over for a cuppa and see how they’re doing?

You can find resources and other ideas about how to start a conversation at the Time to Change website

Don’t forget, to help others you must help yourself too. As I tell the clients I work with, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Remember to take care of yourself with regular time out for yourself and consider techniques like mindfulness to help you manage and cope when things feel difficult.

For regular positive mojo straight to your inbox, why not subscribe to Sparkle? You’ll also receive free access to the Members Area where you can find downloadable resources including the Sparkle Repair Kit™, a small but mighty eGuide containing top tips, worksheets and a Mindful Mandala to colour in. Over to you.
