Mindfulness is a proven strategy for helping to achieve rest, relax and better sleep. This is why I offer 1-1 and group workshops aimed at helping you achieve refreshing, restful sleep.
I have been fascinated by dreams all my life, and have worked professionally as a dream analyst in the media. As a therapist many of my clients have found it helpful to explore what their dreams and nightmares mean.
