I run mindfulness classes, workshops and events and have a a dedicated website on the subject called Kindfully™ – with an app currently in development.  You can also have a mindfulness lesson 1-1, face to face or over the ‘phone.

The content I cover teaches how to use mindfulness as a healthy way of life, whilst promoting self-care and building compassion towards yourself.  It’s particularly useful for people who want to manage anxiety.
