The Shine Workshop is tailored exclusively for women who want to manage their stress, maintain good mental health, and build their resilience in a healthy and positive way.

  • The Happiness Trap
  • Stress Solutions for Busy People
  • Dealing with difficult people
  • Effective Sleep Strategies including Mindfulness and meditation

The workshop is available in 90 minute weekly sessions or Saturday morning workshops.  Please note this workshop is suitable for people who would describe their stress as mild to moderate.  For help with severe stress, please contact your doctor.
