Monday Mojo – feel-good motivation for the week ahead: Seek Your Sparkle
When was the last time you felt really excited about something? So much, that it made your tummy tingle.
I don’t mean in the “I’ve had one too many Jaffa Cakes” type way. I mean in “excitable, “girly”, eeeek!” fashion.
We have a tendency to put others first and there’s nothing wrong with giving important people our time and attention. What we must keep an eye on, though, is that we don’t get so side tracked with being there for others, that we lose sight of the things that really bring out our sparkle.
It might be time to make your type of tummy tingling moment a priority.
This week, set the intention to Seek Your Sparkle. Pause for a moment and think about the last time you looked forward to something. What was it, and why did it make you feel that way? Make some time this week to do more of that: plan to see people that make you shine, take part in activities that make your face light up and if you really can’t do it this week, make a plan to make it happen in the next few weeks.
