April is Stress Awareness Month – here’s top tip #6: Know your limits. 

We’re all different, but everyone has a tipping point.  If you’ve been travelling (literally or metaphorically) at a 100mph lately, eventually your body will catch up with you. You know, like the first few days of your holidays don’t you always get a cold? Yep, that’s stress for you. 

Know your limits, when you’re taking on too much or things feel like they’re getting on top of you. Recognise the warning signs (irritability, difficulty concentrating, making “bad” decisions) and have a chat with your doctor if you’re struggling.
